How do I make a return?
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make your request here including your order number and email address.
How many days do I have to make a return?
- You have 10 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
- ONLY apparels are returnable at this time within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return its must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Several types items are EXEMPT from being returned. These items include (sale or clearance items, bodysuits, lace items, leggings, shoes, earrings, jewelery, swimwear, gift cards or promotional items, sunglasses, Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear, & shipping fees.
Will I receive my money back?
- For all returns we only issue store credit. ALL Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or receive a store credit.
- ALL returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee upon return being approved.
Who is responsible for paying for shipping for the returned item?
- The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product TheBluHibiscus will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit/ exchange?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the inspection is competed of the approval or rejection of your return. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your item to be inspected and store credit to be issued upon outcome of examination.
